Hotel Policies and Privacy Policy

Booking Guarantee 

Bookings will only guaranteed once a credit card or signed payment authorisation has been received by the reservations department.  Cash deposits will not be accepted. 

Cancellations  

Rothbury on Ann has a strict 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.  If the booking is cancelled after 2pm the day before arrival a charge of the first nights accommodation will apply. 

In House guests departing prior to booked departure date will also incur a 1 night’s cancellation fee if cancelled after 2pm the day before departure. 

Monthly bookings have a strict 28 night minimum, if the booking is to drop below the minimum nights the rate will revert to a nightly rate, negotiable at the time.

 Additional Guests   

Guests staying in 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments are able to have additional guests stay in the unit by using additional bedding (nightly fees apply)

Hotel Room: Max 2 people (using 1 queen bed)

1 Bedroom Apartment: Max 3

1 Bedroom Deluxe: Max 4

2 Bedroom Apartments: Max 5

 Charges for additional guests include bedding, linen and light breakfast basket.

Cots are also available for hire for infants (nightly fees apply)

Age 0 - 12

Children are free when sharing existing bedding. If child requires additional bedding (please refer to additional bedding)

Smoking Policy

 

Rothbury on Ann Hotel is a non-smoking property. A smoking area has been provided for guests to utilise on the Rooftop entertaining area.  Please be considerate of other using the area and throw all cigarette butts and ash into the bin provided once done.

 

Cleaning charges may apply to guests found smoking in units.
